How to top up your wallet
To add funds to your wallet to upgrade, follow these steps:
• Click on the menu
• Select Wallet from the side navigation
• Open Your Current Info
• Open Add your billing address
• Click the Top Up button next to your balance
• Enter the amount you want to add and choose your payment method
• Click Top Up to complete the process
Your balance will update once the payment is complete.
Upgrading your membership
Once your wallet has funds, you can upgrade your membership at any time.
• Go to Memberships
• Open Your Current Info to see your current plan
• Select the package you would like to upgrade to

Froggsy offers different membership levels with increased messaging limits and additional benefits:
• Free – 10 private messages per 24 hours
• Plus – 50 private messages per day
Public chat access, advanced private messaging, profile, photo and audio uploads, audio chat, stickers, GIFs and video sharing
• Pro – 100 private messages per day
Everything in Plus, plus enhanced private messaging, whisper messaging, polls, screen sharing, screenshots and an ad-free experience
• Elite – Unlimited private messages
Everything in Pro, plus unlimited messaging, private and age-restricted groups, and full video and audio group features
Each upgrade gives you more freedom to connect and chat without limits.

How do I deactivate or delete my account?
Froggsy gives you two options depending on what you prefer:
Deactivate your account
You can temporarily deactivate your account at any time. This hides your profile and activity but allows you to return later.
If you come back, your account and membership will still be available, unless your package has expired.
Permanently delete your account
Deleting your account will permanently remove your profile and data from Froggsy. This action cannot be undone.
Any active memberships or packages will also be removed.
How to do this
• Click your name in the bottom left corner
• Select Edit Profile
• Choose Deactivate or Delete
• Click Update to confirm
Please make sure you choose the option that’s right for you before confirming.

You can temporarily deactivate your account at any time. This hides your profile and activity but allows you to return later.
If you come back, your account and membership will still be available, unless your package has expired.

• We will send you a link to reset your password

Private Messaging & Storage
Message storage
• Private messages are stored for 30 days
• Group messages are stored for 7 days
• Uploaded images and media are stored for 24 hours
This helps keep Froggsy fast and efficient for all users.

Reporting, Blocking & Ignoring
Reporting a user
• Use the Report button next to any post or profile

• Blocking prevents both users from seeing each other's content

• Ignoring hides their content from you
• They can still see your content

To create your own group on Froggsy, follow these steps:
• Go to the Groups section
• Click Create Group
• Fill in your group details and settings

• Group Name – Choose a clear and relevant name
• Category – Select the category that best fits your group
• Description – Write a short summary of what your group is about (check spelling and clarity)
Search visibility (Meta settings)
These help your group appear in search engines like Google:
• Meta Title – A short title that describes your group
Example: Coin Collecting Chat Rooms in the UK
• Meta Description – A brief explanation of your group
Example: UK coin collecting group. Chat with other collectors across the UK. Everyone welcome.
Froggsy admins may adjust these if needed to keep listings clear and appropriate.

• Group Icon – Use an image that represents your group
• Cover Image – Ensure it is suitable and you have permission to use it
